Every item is lovingly handmade here at Match Accessories! This means there will be slight variations from those pictured. We feel this adds a unique, vintage feel to our designs. But we do try our best to make sure each item is as consistent as possible. Please note that due to variations on computer and phone screens, color may differ in person.
Please be aware that placing an item in your shopping cart does not hold that item. Some popular items may sell out quickly. The only way to guarantee an item is by finalizing the order.

Customer service is our top priority and we want you to love your new Match Accessories. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us right away and we will gladly do what we can to make things right.
If you acquire a defective product upon receipt, please contact us right away and we will send a pre-paid mailer envelope. Upon receipt we will send your replacement item.
Items may be eligible for refund or exchange for any reason. Please contact us within ten days of receipt. Item and packaging must be in brand new condition. Customer must pay return shipping and Match will send a pre-paid mailer envelope. An invoice will be emailed for returned shipping. Please ship within ten days of envelope receipt. Returned items will be refunded upon receipt, and verified item is in resalable condition. Exchanged items will be shipped upon receipt. Any exchange overages incurred will be invoiced with shipping invoice. Any exchange refunds needed will be refunded once returned item is received and verified resalable.
